Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all packaging intact
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Accessories showing signs of wear, damage, or misuse
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are allowed for defective, damaged, or incorrect items only
Exchange requests must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
Replacement items will be dispatched once the returned item is received and inspected

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.
